What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 30 days of their ship date. To be eligible for a return, products must be undamaged and in their original condition and packaging. We will not accept product returns due to normal wear and tear, stains, and accidental or cosmetic damages.

How do I lodge a return request?
To return item(s) from an order, please email us at

Lunae Active is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We are unable to provide return shipping labels for international orders.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Once we receive and inspect the item(s), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, if approved.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. We recommend submitting a return for a refund so you can place a new order for what you want.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of us receiving the returned item(s).
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
